User Agreement

01. Eligibility and acceptance

Delora is an AI character and creative conversation experience for adults aged 18 or older. By using Delora, you agree to this User Agreement. If you are under 18 or do not agree, do not use the service.

02. The Delora experience

Delora lets you explore fictional characters, exchange text and images with AI, revisit conversations, and personalize character themes. Characters, personalities and dialogue are generated or fictional; they do not represent a real person speaking to you. AI responses may contain errors and should be evaluated independently.

Delora is intended for entertainment and creative expression. It does not provide professional medical, legal, financial or emergency services. Features may vary by app version and availability.

03. Respectful use

Use Delora lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not share unlawful content, exploit or endanger minors, harass others, infringe intellectual property, impersonate a real person deceptively, or attempt to compromise the service or bypass its safeguards.

Only submit content you have permission to use. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information about yourself or others. You retain your rights in content you submit; you permit its use only as needed to provide the features you request, subject to the applicable Privacy Policy.

04. Memberships and coins

Delora may offer optional paid memberships and virtual coins. The purchase screen must identify the applicable price, billing period, renewal conditions, coin quantity and included benefits before you confirm a purchase. A coin purchase and a recurring subscription are separate products.

Coins are digital units for eligible in-app features, such as messages, image interactions and themes. They are not currency, an investment or a cash balance and cannot be sold or exchanged for money, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. The coin cost should be shown before use.

Any paid offering is subject to the Membership Agreement presented before purchase. A demonstration flow that states no payment is taken does not create a paid subscription.

05. Billing and cancellation

For purchases made through Google Play, payment processing, subscription controls and refund requests are governed by the applicable Google Play terms and your mandatory consumer rights. Delora does not receive your full payment-card details.

You can manage a Google Play subscription in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Uninstalling Delora or clearing its data does not cancel a Google Play subscription. 06. Content and service rights

The app, branding, interface and supplied character artwork are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited permission to use the app for personal, lawful purposes. This does not transfer ownership of Delora or its supplied materials. AI output may not be unique, and no exclusive rights in that output are promised.

07. Privacy and local data

Read the Privacy Policy for information about data handling. Locally stored conversations, images and preferences can be lost if you clear app data, uninstall the app or lose access to your device. Do not assume local content can be recovered on another device.

08. Availability and responsibility

We aim to maintain a useful experience, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output. We may maintain, update or restrict features to address technical issues, misuse or legal requirements. Where a change affects a paid entitlement, applicable consumer rights and store rules continue to apply.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Delora is provided as available. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

09. Changes and contact

Material updates will be communicated through an appropriate in-app or website notice. The updated date identifies the current version. If a change requires your agreement under applicable law, we will seek it before that change applies.
