Membership Agreement

01. Who this agreement covers

This Membership Agreement applies to Delora memberships and virtual coins on Android. You must be at least 18 to use these features. Read it together with the User Agreement and Privacy Policy. A purchase is governed by the product information displayed before you confirm it and any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

02. Current version and purchase status

The current app uses a local demonstration for memberships and coin purchases. Confirming a demonstration adds local coins or membership time without charging money, creating a Google Play order or starting an automatically renewing subscription. Any price shown in a demonstration is not a completed charge.

The Google Play billing provisions below apply only when a release offers a real Google Play purchase and presents a Google Play purchase confirmation. This agreement does not, by itself, activate billing or convert demonstration benefits into a paid entitlement.

03. Membership options and benefits

The current membership interface includes weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly options. The demonstration grants 7, 30, 90 or 365 days respectively, together with the displayed bonus coins. The implemented membership benefits include daily check-in and poster downloads without the demonstration ad step.

The selected offer must state its benefits, duration, price and any included coins before purchase. A membership does not promise unlimited messaging, unlimited image requests, every theme, priority AI processing or permanent access unless the specific offer expressly includes that benefit. Do not assume the demonstration’s fixed-day durations are the billing periods of a future Google Play subscription.

04. Coin purchases and usage

Coins are virtual units used for eligible Delora features, including text messages, image interactions and theme unlocks. Review the displayed package quantity and feature cost before confirming. Coin packages are separate from memberships; purchasing a package does not start a recurring subscription.

Coins cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for cash except where applicable law requires otherwise. They are not deposits, legal tender or an investment. Bonus coins are subject to the disclosed offer. Membership does not remove coin costs unless the selected offer explicitly says so.

The current AI request flow refunds the in-app coin charge when the request fails. This restores an app balance; it is not a refund of a Google Play payment.

05. Google Play payment terms

When real Google Play billing is available, Google Play processes a purchase after you confirm the applicable product and price. The store confirmation displays the currency, billing period and applicable taxes or charges. Delora does not receive your full payment-card details.

Only a completed, valid purchase creates the corresponding paid entitlement. If a payment is declined, canceled or refunded, access may be withheld or adjusted in accordance with the purchase terms and applicable law. Demonstration balances are not proof of payment.

06. Renewal and offers

An automatically renewing subscription renews for the period and at the price disclosed in Google Play unless canceled before renewal. A prepaid or fixed-term product does not automatically renew unless its purchase terms expressly provide for renewal. Any trial, introductory price, eligibility requirement or transition to a standard price must be shown before you accept the offer; no trial is promised by this agreement.

Changes to a recurring subscription price or billing terms will follow Google Play’s notice and consent requirements and applicable law. Review the current renewal information in Google Play.

07. Manage or cancel a subscription

For an active Google Play subscription, open Google Play, select your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Delora. Follow the cancellation steps and check the resulting status. You can also use the direct Google Play management link below.

Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues through the period already paid for, subject to the product terms, any refund and applicable law. Uninstalling Delora, deleting local app data or ceasing to use it does not cancel a Google Play subscription. A local demonstration membership has no store renewal to cancel.

08. Refunds and billing issues

Refund eligibility for a real purchase depends on applicable law, the type of purchase and Google Play’s policies. Canceling a subscription is different from requesting a refund. This agreement does not exclude statutory refund or withdrawal rights.

Use Google Play refund guidance or contact Karine@versailletable.info with the relevant order reference and issue. Do not send full payment-card details. Demonstration transactions involve no payment to refund.

09. Local data and access

In the current version, coin balances, membership expiry and unlocks are stored on the device. Clearing app data or uninstalling may permanently remove those local records. There is no implemented cloud synchronization or cross-device restoration for demonstration entitlements, and local demonstration balances cannot be converted into Google Play purchases.

For a real purchase offered in a later release, any restoration or reconciliation process must be described by that release. No restoration feature is promised for the current demonstration. If a verified paid entitlement is missing, contact support so the purchase can be reviewed.

10. Service changes and your rights

Features can be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, technical failures or misuse prevention. If changes affect a paid entitlement, we will handle the change in accordance with the disclosed purchase terms, platform rules and applicable law. We may restrict fraudulent or unlawful use, but do not remove any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Material revisions to this agreement will be communicated appropriately. Terms that require consent will not apply without the consent required by law. The updated date appears at the top of this page.
