Stored locally. Processed online when you chat.
Your app history and preferences are stored on your device. When you request an AI reply, recent messages and relevant images are sent to OpenRouter and an AI provider. Please read the details below before sending content.
01. Scope and contact
This policy describes the data practices of the current Delora Android app and this informational website. Delora is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to Karine@versailletable.info.
02. Information on your device
Delora generates a random user ID and keeps your app state on your device. This includes your chosen profile name, favorite characters, conversations and message times, selected images, unread-message status, themes and unlocks, daily check-in history, local reports and feedback, and your acceptance of the app terms.
The app also keeps your coin balance, selected coin package, membership plan and membership expiry locally. In the current version, purchases and memberships use a demonstration flow: no payment is taken and no automatic renewal is created. These local records are not a cloud backup or a verified Google Play purchase record.
The current app does not upload this app-state database to a Delora-operated server. This does not mean all content stays on your phone: the AI processing described below requires transmission of conversation content.
03. Messages and images sent for AI replies
When you send or retry a message using the AI feature, the app transmits recent conversation content to OpenRouter at openrouter.ai, which routes requests to an AI model provider. The request includes up to the most recent 24 messages, their roles, relevant character instructions and, when present in that context, images you selected and sent. Previously sent images can be included again while they remain in the recent conversation context.
Selected images are read from local storage and converted into image data for the request. The service processes this content to produce an AI reply, which is then stored with the conversation on your device. The local user ID, coin balance and membership records are not included as separate fields in the current AI request; any personal details you type or place in an image are part of the content you submit.
AI requests use HTTPS. OpenRouter receives connection information, including the IP address used to contact its service. Its logging and retention, and the handling of content by the model provider, are governed by their applicable settings and policies. We cannot promise that every provider uses zero retention or excludes every request from model improvement. Review the OpenRouter Privacy Policy and model provider data practices.
Do not send sensitive information or another person’s private content without permission. You can avoid this transmission by not using the AI send or retry features. Selecting an image alone imports it locally; sending it shares it for AI processing.
04. Why information is used
Local information lets Delora remember conversations, preferences, rewards and feature access. Conversation content is sent to provide the AI response you request. Information you voluntarily send to support is used to answer your inquiry, investigate the issue and handle any related request.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, processing needed to provide your requested service relies on performance of that service; optional access that requires consent relies on your consent. Handling support issues and protecting service integrity may rely on legitimate interests, and legally required recordkeeping relies on legal obligations. These bases apply only to the relevant processing and jurisdiction.
05. Photos, permissions and advertising
The current image-sharing flow uses the Android photo picker to access images you choose. Poster saving writes the poster to your device’s gallery and may require storage permission on older Android versions. Saved gallery copies are outside the app’s private storage.
The current app does not implement microphone recording, camera capture, location collection, contact access or advertising-ID collection. Some camera, microphone, storage and advertising-related permissions are declared in the Android package, but a declaration alone does not mean the app currently uses that data. You can review and revoke available permissions in Android settings.
The current advertising flow is a local demonstration. The reviewed app contains no integrated advertising network or analytics SDK, and does not implement targeted advertising or sale of personal data.
06. Purchases and support
The current demonstration purchase flow changes local coin or membership state without charging a payment method. If a later release enables purchases through Google Play, the app must disclose the actual purchase-data handling before those features are introduced; this policy will be updated accordingly. Google Play separately handles information when you use its store or payment services under the Google Privacy Policy.
If you contact us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide, such as your message, app version or an order reference. This is separate from automatic app data collection. Provide only what is needed to resolve your request, and never send passwords, full payment-card details or verification codes.
In-app report details are currently saved on the device rather than submitted to a remote moderation system. Contact support directly if you need the Delora team to review an issue.
08. Storage, retention and security
App state and imported chat images are encrypted locally with keys protected by Android Keystore. The configured Android backup rules exclude the encrypted app-state store and imported chat-image directory from cloud backup and device transfer. The current app does not provide cloud synchronization of those records.
Local data remains until you delete it or the app’s storage is cleared. Information you send to support is kept only as long as needed to address the request and meet applicable legal obligations. External AI providers control their own retention under their policies; deleting a local conversation does not itself delete a provider’s records.
Encryption and access controls reduce risk, but no storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Keep your device secure. Copies of posters saved to your gallery remain there until you delete them separately.
09. Your choices and privacy rights
You can delete a conversation and its associated app-stored images from the conversation list. Use Clear App Data in the profile area to reset local conversations, imported images, profile and preferences, coin balance, membership state, rewards and local feedback. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage in Android settings also removes its private local data. These actions are not a cancellation of any separately purchased Google Play subscription.
You can change your local profile name and preferences in the app. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict or object to processing of your information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
To make a request, write to Karine@versailletable.info. We may ask for information proportionate to verifying the request. We cannot remotely retrieve data stored only on your device, and will explain any limits or direct you to the appropriate provider when relevant.
10. Adults only
Delora is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly seek personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information through Delora, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate steps within our control.
11. Website and policy updates
These pages do not set analytics or advertising cookies, use tracking scripts, or store visitor data in browser storage. A hosting provider may receive ordinary connection information needed to serve the pages; following a store, contact or external policy link takes you to a separate service.
We will update this policy when the app’s data practices change and provide an appropriate notice for material changes. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. See the User Agreement for the terms of using Delora.
